Westfield Shopping Centre Doncaster

One of the largest shopping centres in Melbourne with 110,000m2 of retail floor space and parking for 5000 cars. APS supplied and installed 1100 tonnes of post tensioning to this project in a tight 9 month program.

  St Kilda Sea Baths Refurbishment

APS designed and installed rock anchors and approximately 40 tonnes of post tensioning to this refurbishment project at the iconic, historical baths.

 Exhibition St – Melbourne

APS provided design and installation of rock anchors, and all post tensioning and steel reinforcement to this project, comprising an 8 floor basement and two towers above,  of 22 and 24 floors respectively. APS installed approximately 240 tonnes of post tensioning and 1000 tonnes of steel reinforcement within the program period.

Eifel Apartment Tower – Melbourne

APS designed and installed the post tensioning system to this 29 floor tower with 288 serviced and residential apartments, including a rooftop cantilever. It contained approximately 145 tonnes of post tensioning and the superstructure was completed within 6 months.

 Hindmarsh Square

APS designed and installed approximately 120 tonnes of post tensioning and installed slab steel reinforcement to this large innercity hotel project, along with providing carbon fibre concrete strengthening solutions for the main contractor.

 Hallett Hill Wind Farm

The Hallett Hill Wind Farm involved the installation of 34 Suzlon S88 2.1MW wind turbines. Each turbine has a hub height of 80metres, maximum blade tip height of 124 metres and weighs 180 tonnes. APS supplied and installed the reinforcement for the wind turbine footings
